Send one report.

Production by procedure code, last twelve months, by provider. Dentrix calls it the Practice Analysis; Eaglesoft, the Service Code Productivity report; Open Dental, Production by Procedure. It has no patient names in it.

In 48 hours you get one page and, if you want it, a 20-minute call.

  1. 01Custom codes: how many, the production under them, and what they stand in for.
  2. 02Code ratios a payer audit or a buyer's diligence flags: buildup to crown, SRP share, the crown, endo and extraction relationships.
  3. 03The top of your new patient waterfall: exams, radiographs and periodontal diagnosis against the patients you think you saw.
  4. 04Provider concentration: how much of the diagnosis runs through one chair.
  5. 05The three questions the report cannot answer, and what it takes to answer them.

How it runs. You upload the report. We confirm it is readable within one business day and send the $495 invoice. The page is in your inbox within 48 hours of payment, with a link to book the call.

Send the summary, not the patient list. The summary version carries procedure codes, counts and dollars only. If yours lists patients, do not upload it; email us and we will tell you how to run the summary.

The rules. Fixed fee. Never a success fee, never both sides of one transaction. Your file is read, de-identified where it matters, and purged after the engagement.

Twelve months. By provider if your software offers it. No patient names.

$495, invoiced after we confirm the report is readable. Credited in full to the Baseline within 90 days. No card is taken on this page.

Before you upload

Which report do I send? +

Production by procedure code for the last twelve months, by provider if your software offers it. Dentrix calls it the Practice Analysis report. Eaglesoft calls it the Service Code Productivity report. Open Dental calls it Production by Procedure. If you use other software, send the report that lists each procedure code with its count and production for the year.

Does the report contain patient information? +

The summary version does not. It lists procedure codes, counts and dollars, with no patient names. Send that version. If the only version you can produce lists patients, do not upload it; email us and we will tell you how to run the summary. Anything with patient names is handled under a BAA inside the Baseline, never through this form.

What do I get, and when? +

One page within 48 hours of payment: the custom codes in your report and the production under them; the code ratios a payer audit or a buyer's diligence flags; the top of your new patient waterfall, exams and radiographs and periodontal diagnosis against the patients you believe you saw; how much of the diagnosis runs through one chair; and the three questions the report cannot answer. Then a 20-minute call if you want one.

What does it cost? +

$495, fixed. We confirm the report is readable within one business day and send the invoice; the read starts when it is paid. The $495 is credited in full against the Sell-Side Baseline if you start one within 90 days.

Is this a sales call? +

The page is the deliverable and it stands on its own. The call walks the page and names what the report cannot see. If the Baseline is the right next step we will say so and why; if it is not, we will say that too. We never take a success fee and never work both sides of one transaction.
